Overview of Hylomar USA's Products
Hylomar manufactures and Hylomar USA Inc distributes a broad range of sealants and adhesives for automotive, industrial, and aerospace applications. Hylomar USA Inc. also distributes its Bentley lines of high quality silicone hose and hose clamps, made in TS16949 and ISO facilities to the highest performance standards. Sealants & Adhesives
- Hylomar Universal Blue Hylomar Universal Blue is our hallmark line of non-setting sealants. Developed with Rolls Royce for sealing jet engines, these are used as gasket dressings and sealants where vibration-, temperature-, and fluid- resistance are critical. Products include Hylomar M, Hylomar Aerograde PL32 and PL32a, and Hylomar Advanced Formula.
- Hylomar Universal Red Our formulation for sealing very large diameter bolts.
- Silicone Sealants Hylomar manufactures its own line of proprietary silicone sealants for high performance applications, including amine curing (100 Series), high temperature red (310), clear (Hylosil Instant Gasket), and two part fast curing (923 and 953) silicones.
- Hylomar Anaerobic Thread Lockers and Thread Sealants Hylomar offers its own line of fast curing, and reliable thread lockers in its new format - 50ml accordion-style squeeze bottles for accurate and convenient dosing at affordable pricing. Larger sizes are available for industrial applications.
- Hylomar Anaerobic Gasketing Compounds
Hylomar manufactures specialized gasketing compounds for the automotive industry, including Gasket 2000 and Gasket 3400. These are flexible, durable, oil-resistant formulations.
- Engine Sealant Kits Hylomar can prepare kits containing a wide variety of sealants and adhesives to meet manufacturers requirements, or provide sealants for inclusion with existing kits at discounted prices. Call us for more information.
- Exhaust Sealants Hylomar Exhaust Sealants are water-based, heat curing, ceramic formulations designed to withstand temperatures up to 1000C. They are safe, non-hazardous, and asbestos free, and have been used in OEM assembly operations and at major muffler and exhaust repair chains throughout Europe.Hylomar EAP5 Exhaust Assembly Paste can be used on headers, exhaust manifolds, and on threaded pipes to seal joints and threads subject to high temperatures.
- Hylomar Aerograde PL-32 Hylomar Aerograde PL32 and PL32a are the aerospace-specified and certified versions of Hylomar Universal Blue that are the industry standard for sealing gas turbine engines.
- Structural Adhesives Hylomar manufactures a variety of structural adhesives, including 2part silicones, epoxies, and acrylics to meet customer-specific requirements. Our newest products include our GF Acrylic, designed to bond low energy plastic surfaces such as PE and TPO, and our 953 Silicone, a (relatively) low cost 5 minute cure time 2 part silicone formulation for automotive applications.
- Wipes and Cleaners
Hylomar Rally Wipes are the best choice for cleaning cylinder sleeves, or alloy wheels, with a non-toxic, non-solvented wipe. Hylomar also offers various solvented cleaners to remove Universal Blue, silicones, and other materials.
