Universal Red Sealants |
| Hylomar Universal Red is a non-setting gap-filling sealant which can be used as an alternative to silicones and anaerobic gasketing materials for certain applications, such as oil pans, front covers, water pump housings, thermostat covers, and axle housings. Like Hylomar Blue, it is self-healing, vibration resistant, and needs no time for curing. Hylomar Red will erode, so it is not appropriate near steam, for high pressure applications, and has limits to the gap it can fill. |
